Two women killed

SUKKUR, March 10: Two women have been killed in separate incidents in different parts of upper Sindh.

Kulsoom was strangulated to death by her husband Ehsan Lashari in Taj Mohammad Lashari village in the Dad Leghari area of Ghotki district late night Sunday. The murder is said to have been caused by a domestic dispute.

The police took the body to the Mirpur Mathelo Civil Hospital for post-mortem but registered no case.

Another woman was tortured to death by her husband, Shehran Mazari, over the pretext of karo-kari in Fauj Ali Mazari village in Kashmore.—Correspondent
