BADIN, Feb 29: Elder brother of former chief minister of Sindh, Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim, and MPA-elect of PML-Q from PS-62 Mithi, Arbab Haji Abdullah, died and three others received serious injuries in a road accident near Talhar airbase, 20 kilometres off here, on Friday evening.

Arbab Abdullah was going to Hyderabad in his jeep along with Nisar Nohrio, Rehmatullah Nohrio and Liaquat Janjhi. When they were near Talhar airbase, the jeep collided head on with a truck loaded with crushed stone coming from the opposite direction, causing severe injuries to all the people in the jeep.

Arbab Abdullah died on his way to Talhar hospital while the others were referred to Hyderabad. The truck driver escaped. No case was registered till the filing of this report.
