IHC decides 10 cases

ISLAMABAD, Feb 25: Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court Sardar Mohammad Aslam here on Monday decided 10 cases relating to domestic, service, property and other issues.

In this regard, five single benches and two division benches continued hearing cases involving the federal territory.

Five single benches comprising Chief Justice Sardar Mohammad Aslam, Justice Munir Paracha, Justice Dr Sajid Qureshi, Justice Syed Qalb-e Hassan and Justice Raja Saeed Akram Khan, while the division bench-I comprising Chief Justice Sardar Mohammad Aslam and Justice Raja Saeed Akram Khan and division bench-II having Justice Mohammad Munir Paracha and Justice Syed Qalb-e Hassan heard the cases.

BANK PLEA AGAINST KHOKHAR: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court on Monday adjourned hearing of a petition filed by the United Bank Limited (UBL) against Haji Muhammad Nawaz Khokhar, former deputy speaker of the National Assembly, to a date in office.—APP
