Multan annex polo trophy

RAWALPINDI, April 13: Multan beat Mona 6-4 to win the Remount Polo trophy at the Rawalpindi Polo Club Saturday.

The Ambassador of Jordan, Dr Fawad Abu Tayeh, was the chief guest on the occasion and distirubed prizes among the finalists of the tournament in which six teams competed in the single league.

Lt Col Raja Nadeem slammed three goals while Dafedar Ahmed Khan scored two for the winners. Bilal Hashim completed the tally for Multan.

For the loser, Haseeb Minhas and Manzoor Shah were credited with two goals each.—APP
