SAHIWAL, Feb 20: Revelry by Malik Dhakoo’s supporters proved fatal for an eight-year-old child who came in the line of fire by a jubilant crowd at Chak 102/9-L.
Reports said PML-Q district president Malik Dhakoo’s supporters were celebrating his victory and resorted to blind firing as a result of which a bullet hit eight-year-old Tariq who died in hospital.
The Dera Rahim police registered a case with no arrest so far.
