The motorists of petrol and diesel vehicles of prescribed categories have been invited to take part in the Pakistan’s biggest motor sports event to be originated from historic Derawar Fort and registration of the aspirants will start from Feb 6.

The participants will have to cover the fixed distance (to be decided by the organisers later) within the Cholistan desert.

It is learnt that the organisers were contacting some foreign jeep owners to motivate them to participate in this mega event aimed at introducing the life, culture and civilisation of Cholistan all over the world with a view to attract more tourists and visitors from abroad.

It may be recalled that about 70 to 80 jeep owners and drivers annually participate in this rally. A show depicting the cultural life of Cholistan is likely to be held during the event.
