SIALKOT, Oct 22: The aggrieved family of two girl students, who were abducted and gang-raped, have appealed the Punjab governor, IGP and Gujranwala corps commander to provide them security.

Talking to newsmen here on Monday, Jamal Din, a labourer, said their girls were going to school when Rasheed and Imran along with their accomplices had abducted them from Kotli Hari Narayan village, Sialkot Saddar, about a week ago.

They took them to some unknown place and assaulted the for several days. The ill-fated ‘S’ somehow returned to her parents’ on Sunday.

On the basis of the medical examination report, which confirmed that she was gang-raped, the police have registered a case against the nominated culprits. But, the police are reluctant to lay their hands on the influential outlaws who are still at large.

Jamal said that kidnappers-cum-rapists were threatening that they would kill her second daughter ‘R’, still in their custody, if they did not withdraw the case against them.
