HYDERABAD, Jan 15: A meeting of the regional organising committee will be held at the district nazim’s secretariat on Thursday to finalise arrangements for the a One-day International (ODI) match between Pakistan and Zimbabwe at the Niaz Stadium on Jan 24.

The district nazim will preside over the meeting.

Meanwhile, the district police officer visited the match’s venue to see the preparations for holding the ODI in a befitting manner.

He said police would issue a travel advisory ahead of the tie and added that sniffer-dogs be used to scan hotels and stands.

The police official suggested that SRTC ground could be reserved for parking of vehicles as there would probably be a public holiday in the district on the day of the match.
