GUJRAT, Jan 14: A man shot dead three people, including husbands of his two sisters, over a divorce issue in Moharri village, Sara-i-Alamgir, on Sunday.

Reports said that sisters of Tahir Mahmood had been married with two brothers, Raja Abdul Wahid and Raja Javed, of the same village a few years ago. But one of his sisters was divorced some days back which incensed him. On Sunday, Mahmood along with his two accomplices intercepted the car of his brother-in-law, pulled occupants out of the vehicle and fired at them. Consequently, both brothers, Raja Abdul Wahid and Raja Javed, and their friend Qayyum died on the spot. Sara-i-Alamgir police have registered a case against the accused.
