ISLAMABAD, April 5: District and Sessions Judge Farooq Sheikh acquitted on Friday a woman, who was allegedly married to a person without having been divorced by her first husband. Mst Bilqees was booked under Hudood Ordinance by the Aabpara police on a the complaint of her brother Muhammad Naeem. The complainant had told police that his sister was married to Muhammad Ilyas sometime in 1996, but she married to another person, Jameel Ahmed, without seeking divorce.—A Reporter
