HYDERABAD, Dec 11: Controller of examinations, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, here on Tuesday, has announced the result of MBBS annual examination 2007 of LUMHS, Chandka Medical College Larkana and Nawabshah Medical College for Girls held in the month of September 2007.

According to result, Sumair Noor son of Dr Noor Ahmed Channa, seat No.428 of CMC Larkana has secured first position by obtaining 1423 marks while Munawar son of Dr Latif Memon, seat No.103 and Ms Sumera Bukhari daughter of Ghulam Ali Shah Syed, seat No.296 of LUMHS Jamshoro have secured second and third positions by obtaining 1400 and 1393 marks respectively.

DATE EXTENDED: The University of Sindh has extended the date for submission of forms for admission to different disciplines under evening programme for session 2008.

He has further announced that admission forms can be obtained by interested candidates from HBL old campus Hyderabad and Jamshoro branches. The form can also be downloaded from university website at www.usindh.edu.pk.

The director admissions has also announced that last date for payment of admission fee by candidates selected under first merit list for admission to BBA (Hons), BS Computer Science and Commerce at Sindh University Laar College Badin has been fixed as December 13.

The list of successful candidates has already been displayed at notice board of concerned college as well as AC-II building Jamshoro and posted at website www.usindh.edu.pk.

MUET: Provost hostel, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, Professor Dr. Mujeeb Uddin Sahrai, has announced that hostel allotment forms for the new session 2007 (08 batch) boys and girls students, will be issued from January 28, 2008.
