SIALKOT, Nov 18: A woman and her daughter were allegedly raped by a vagabond who, along with some accomplices, abducted them at Mitraanwali village in Daska.

Reports said three armed men, including Zaheer and Tanveer, abducted on Saturday a woman from a bus stop and took her to an outhouse where Zaheer raped her at gunpoint. The gangsters asked the woman to keep mum, otherwise, they would rape her daughter as well.

On Sunday, the woman and her daughter were on their way to Daska from the village by a wagon when the gangsters took away the girl to fields and Zaheer raped her.

Some people rushed to the place to rescue the girl, but the gangsters made good their escape. The Bambaanwala police have registered a case against the suspects under sections 342, 376 and 506 of PPC.
