Mama Parsi triumph in TT event

KARACHI, Nov 6: Mama Parsi Girls School excelled on the opening day of second Jinnah University College (JUC) Inter-school table tennis championship which commenced at the JUC on Tuesday.

Drawn in group A of the 12-team contests, Mama Parsi registered two back-to-back wins against The City School Gulshan and Fahims A levels by the identical margin of 3-0 to emerge group champions.

Dr. Adnan Sohail, Executive Director, JUC, inaugurated the tournament which is being participated by leading educational institutions.

Boys’ team event: Fahims School O Levels bt The City School Gulshan A Levels 3-0; The City School Gulshan Campus bt Beacon House PECHS 3-2; Beacon House PECHS bt JUC A Levels 3-1; The City School PAF Chapter bt The City School North Nazimabad 3-0; Beacon House bt The City School PAF Chapter 3-1; Beacon House Jubilee Campus bt The City School Darakshan Campus 3-2.
