KARACHI, Nov 4: A spokesman for the Sindh home department has said that the tribunal constituted by the government for an inquiry into the Oct 18 twin bomb blasts at Karsaz will start its proceedings on Monday at the Anti-terrorism Courts Complex, Old KMC Rest Houses, Karachi.

Mr Arshad Lodhi will assist the tribunal, headed by Justice (r) Dr Ghous Mohammad, and a superintendent of police (SP) will work with the tribunal as a liaison officer, according to the spokesman.

The home department has appointed Mr Zahoor Ahmed Hakro as the registrar for the tribunal. Any person having information/evidence regarding the incident may contact the registrar personally or through telephone Nos: 021-9206415 or 0300-9224962.—PPI
