KARACHI, Oct 29: Following the directives of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Sindh High Court has directed all the sessions judges and judicial magistrates to submit detailed reports about the under-trail family and juvenile cases.

According to courts sources, a letter No.781 issued by the member inspection team of the SHC has sought the details about the number of all the under-trial cases. The judges have been asked to mention the date of filing of all such the cases, period of trials and their current status.

The action was taken by the Supreme Court on a report that cases pertaining to family matters and juvenile issues had been pending in various courts across the country.
