Roddick pulls out of Paris Masters

PARIS, Oct 27: Andy Roddick, who has already qualified for next month’s season-ending Masters Cup tennis tournament in Shanghai, has pulled out of the Paris Masters which starts on Sunday.

The American was the only Top 20 player missing when the draw was made here on Friday.

Roddick, knocked out in the first round of the ATP event in Lyon by Fabrice

Santoro on Wednesday, has been carrying foot and knee injuries for several weeks. —AFP
