QUETTA, Oct 18: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court on Thursday granted time to Advocate-General of Balochistan and Deputy Prosecutor-General of NAB to file para-wise comments on an application moved by Quetta City Nazim, seeking removal of his name from Exit Control List.

City Nazim Mir Maqbool Ahmed Lehri pleaded before the bench that he had been acquitted by the Supreme Court in references filed by the National Accountability Bureau. He said his appeals were pending before the Balochistan High Court, but NAB officials had asked him to approach the court for the removal of his name from the ECL.

The bench, comprising Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani, accepted submissions of the respondent.
