Drug peddler held with 23kg heroin

MULTAN, March 20: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has arrested a drug-trafficker and recovered 23 kilograms of heroin and six kg hashish from his car at Bosan Road.

This was stated in a press release issued by the ANF here on Wednesday.

Acting on a tip-off, the ANF team intercepted the car and recovered the narcotics during a search. The drug peddler, Muhammad Ishfaq, wanted in several other cases, was arrested.

After registering a case, the ANF has started investigation, the press release added. —Nouman
