GHALANAI, Oct 3: Gunmen killed a man and kidnapped three others, one of them in injured condition after they attacked a jeep in Lakaro tehsil of the Mohmand Agency on Wednesday, eyewitnesses and officials said.
The attackers also took away a Land Cruiser and two cars. The sources said that about 12 masked men had opened fire on the jeep when the driver ignored their signal to stop.
One Abdur Rehman was killed while driver Ayaz was wounded. Their third companion Haji Dara Khan managed to get off the vehicle and took shelter in a nearby house, but he was later captured.
The officials said the gunmen also kidnapped a man and took away two cars from the area.
