LARKANA, Sept 21: People took out a procession and staged sit-in in Qambar on Friday to protest against the unannounced loadshedding in Qambar and its adjoining areas.

Later, they met the district and sessions judge and submitted an application alleging that the SDO Hesco was demanding Rs20,000 for replacing the two defective transformers in Shaikh mohalla. The two transformers developed some faults about a week ago.

They said that the SDO was demanding money to repair and replace the transformers.

The sessions judge summoned the SDO on Monday for explanation. Meanwhile, loadshedding continued in Larkana.

The Hesco Larkana whenever contacted took shelter under the excuse of ‘fault’, but never clarified where the fault has occurred.
