KARACHI, Sept 20: Two outstanding performances by Test discard Hasan Raza and Mohammad Ali Shah guided A.O. CC to a crushing 91-run victory over ABN-AMRO Bank in the 22nd Karachi Gymkhana Tapal Ramazan Cricket Festival at the KG Ground on Thursday.

Hasan struck a brutal 128 off only 63 balls to help A.O. CC score 213 for two. The right-hander smashed 12 boundaries and six sixes. Shahid Yousuf made 45 off 32 balls with the aid of four fours and one six.

Afsar Nawaz (28 off 17 balls, one six and one four) played second fiddle to Hasan in the unfinished third-wicket partnership of 108.

Mohammad Ali Shah, the A.O. CC, then claimed five for 19 in 3.1 overs as the bankers were sent packing for 122 in the 18th over. Only opener Hasan Masood (47 off 32 balls, six fours) redeemed himself to some extent.
