HYDERABAD, Sept 18: The University of Sindh has decided to grant financial assistance in admission fees to students belonging to the flood-affected areas of Thatta district and Faridabad and Khairpur Nathan Shah of Dadu district.

The Directorate of Admissions on Tuesday announced September 27, as last date for submission of applications countersigned by the Directors of the Institutes and Chairpersons of the departments for consideration of financial aid.

The university also advised the students of concerned flood area to submit prescribed application form available with their institutes and departments along with a copy of admit card.

The University of Sindh while considering difficulties of students belonging to various parts of the province affected during current floods and rains had announced to provide financial assistance in admission fees.

The University also announced financial assistance for its students belongs to Johi and Mehar talukas in Dadu district, Warah, Qubo Saeed Khan, Meero Khan, Qambar, Shahdadkot and Badin.
