Saeed slams winning ton

KARACHI, Sept 14: Saeed Bin Nasir smashed an unbeaten century to help Tapal Cricket Club furnish a comfortable 93-run victory against ABN Amro Bank in the inaugural match of the Karachi Gymkhana Ramazan cricket tournament at the KG Ground on Friday. Saeed cracked nine fours and three sixes in his 61-ball 101 not out and Mahmood Hamid hit brace of sixes and a four as Tapal CC raced to 216-4 in the allotted 20 overs. Saeed and Mahmood shared a quick 91-run second-wicket stand after the first two wickets fell for 59. ABN Amro, in response, were dismissed for 123 in 19.1 overs.

Saeed Bin Nasir was named the man-of-the-match.
