ISLAMABAD, Aug 29: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has said highly skilled and technically competent human resources of Pakistan Telecommunications (PTCL) would develop further when exposed to world markets.

According to a news release issued here on Tuesday, PTCL president, Walid Irshad, called on the prime minister to apprise him of the new developments at PTCL and its management company, Etisalat.

He informed the prime minister that Etisalat had decided to utilise the services of experienced and talented human resource, available in PTCL, for launching its new operations overseas.

Etisalat has recently acquired a GSM license in Nigeria.

The operation will be stating soon and numerous deputation opportunities will be exclusively available to PTCL employees, as part of the global operations.
