PESHAWAR, Aug 24: The NWFP government has posted two officers to fill vacant positions at the finance department, it is learnt.

According to a notification issued by the establishment and administration department (E&AD) on Friday, Ahmad Hanif Orkazai, director-general special development unit, planning and development department had been transferred and posted as additional secretary, finance department. Rashid Ahmad was posted in his place.

In another notification, the competent authority posted Asif Shahab Khan as deputy secretary, finance department in the vacant post.

Moreover, Hazrat Khan Orkazai, additional secretary Zakat and Ushr department was posted as secretary food department, while Jamal-ud-Din who had proceeded to the Staff College in Lahore for a course, was directed to report to the establishment department.
