KARACHI, Aug 20: Justice Mushir Alam of the Sindh High Court ordered attachment of the National Highway Authority building, near Drigh Road railway station, in execution proceedings of a decree.

Adamji Construction Company submitted through Advocate Syed Ali Mehdi that it had carried out construction work on the behalf of the NHA but was not paid its bill. It moved the high court for recovery of the amount and the court passed a decree in its favour against the NHA for Rs6.66 million.

The NHA failed to make any payment in satisfaction of the decree and the company had to approach the court for execution.
