LAHORE, March 11: All foreign players are assured full security during their stay in the country for the Pakistan Open squash tournament scheduled to be held in Lahore from March 18 to 27.

The chairman organising committee Lt. Gen. Zarar Azeem who is also  president  of the Punjab  Squash  Association  while inaugurating the set up work of the four-side glass court at the Fortress Stadium said Monday that the security of the players was his personal responsibility.

The four-side glass court was imported from Germany. It is the first time that a squash tournament in Pakistan will be played on such a type of court.

He said that after getting the assurance of security, top world ranking players had started sending entries for this tournament.
