MIRPURKHAS, July 26: A resident of Rahim Nagar Mirpurkhas, Agha Mohammad Pathan has said that his sons Abdullah Pathan and Rehmatullah Pathan have been implicated in the murder of one Mohammad Ali who died in firing incident in Gulshan Colony, Satellite Town, on June 10. A case was lodged with the Satellite Town Police.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, he said his elder son Abdullah was a disable person and Rehmatullah was in a village of Samaro taluka, Umerkot when the incident took place.

Affidavits of Shakeel Kaimkhani, Councillor of UC Samaro, a landlord and a Darogha of Highway Division had been submitted before the Additional Sessions Judge-II Mirpurkhas.

He said Abdullah Pathan was arrested by the Satellite Town Police soon after the murder while Rehmatullah Pathan was granted protective bail before arrest by the Sindh High Court Hyderabad Circuit Bench.

He said when Additional Sessions Judge-II Mirpurkhas was approached on July 23 for confirmation of bail Jameel Makki, a police constable, Asghar Chakki Wala, Yamin councillor and 40 others threatened them of dire consequences in court premises.

He said his counsel Syed Qaseem Ahmed informed the concerned court which warned the advocate of other side to restrain his clients. On July 25 again in the premises of sessions judge Mirpurkhas these people issued threats of dire consequences.

He demanded the President Prime Minister Governor Sindh, Sindh Chief Minister, the PPO, the RPO Hyderabad, the DIG and the DPO Mirpurkhas to provide protection to them, take action against above persons and if any untoward incident occurred they would be held responsible.
