NAUSHAHRO FEROZE: Boy recovered

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, July 25: District and sessions judge Naushahro Feroze ordered police authorities to register an FIR against a sub-inspector of investigation police, Mithiani, for keeping a 12-year boy in an unlawful confinement, on Wednesday.

On application of Ms Lal Khatoon, sister of the detainee, Saleem Chandio, resident of village Koreja Chandio, taluka Moro, the sessions judge, Mr Rasheed Ahmed Soomro, appointed Mohammad Suleman Solangi as raid commissioner.

The raid commissioner got released the boy, who was detained by investigation police Mithiani without registering an FIR and entry in the daily record.

Saleem, in his statement said that SIP Sarwar Mashori had been forcing him for having sexual relations.

The court directed SHO Mithiani police to register an FIR against SIP Sarwar Mashori.—Correspondent
