Haj applicants’ plea to Nadra

Published July 21, 2007

SIALKOT, July 20: Haj applicants have urged the National Database and Registration Authority to provide them with computerised national identity cards on a priority basis at all its Swift Registration Centres in the district.

Women applicants told Dawn on Friday that they were facing problems as banks were not accepting Haj applications without photographs on CNICs.

The federal government has fixed July 31 as last date for the submission of applications.
