RAWALPINDI, July 14: Additional District and Sessions Judge (ASJ) Malik Mohammad Iqbal here on Saturday handed down death sentence to a man in a murder case.

Besides this, Liaqat, 26, will also pay Rs200,000 as fine and in case of non-payment he has to undergo extra six months imprisonment.

The convict may appeal against the decision in the high court within seven days.
