SIALKOT, July 9: The Daska Municipal Library has been converted into a parking stand by the National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) officials. The Nadra office was set up in the half portion of the library building about four years ago due to non-availability of a ‘suitable’ place for the purpose.

Now, the officials have started parking their vehicles in the library.

They have also placed tents in a corner of the building besides wooden ladders.

The readers have termed the situation as very perturbing. They have no easy access to the library due to the rush of applicants.

They have urged the Nadra chairman and federal, provincial and district governments to take notice of the situation and resolve the issue.

When contacted, the Nadra officials avoided making any comment on the situation.
