Seven injured in accident

NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, July 4: Seven people were seriously injured when a Rahim Yar Khan-bound coach and a truck collided with each other at Dhodha village on the National Highway near Kandiaro on Wednesday.

The injured identified as Ms Sakina Mirani, her son Salman, Sikandar, Safdar, all residents of Rahim Yar Khan, Altaf, Noor Mohammad (Alipur) and coach driver Fida Hussain were moved to taluka hospital Kandiaro.

Ms Sakina was later referred to Nawabshah hospital due to her precarious condition.

Police have impounded the two vehicles while the driver of the truck managed to escape.—Correspondent
