RATODERO, July 4: A man was killed in Wahid Bux Agani village near Naudero in the jurisdiction of Ketty Mumtaz police station for allegedly sitting in the house of Karo.

According to police sources, Mehtab s/o Wazir Agani 22 was killed on Wednesday and his brother Ajmair along with his wife Pathani and two-year old daughter Sumera were injured allegedly by Jinsar s/o More Agani.

It is said that accused Jinsar had declared Nasim son of Roshan Agani, cousins of the deceased, as Karo allegedly for having illicit relations with his sister.

After allegations, they shifted to another village along with their family leaving their house empty.

Last night Mehtab and his brother along with other family members came back and spend the night in their house. Jinsar on getting information came there and began indiscriminate firing which claimed the life of Mehtab and injured three others who later were shifted to the Chandka Medical College Hospital, Larkana.

No case was filed till filing of this report. Police is investigating the matter further.—PPI
