KARACHI: Water shortage at ASH

KARACHI, July 3: Liaquatabad Town Nazim Osama Qadri visited the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital along with the officials of the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board on Tuesday.

He held a meeting with the hospital and KWSB officials, including Medical Superintendent Dr Hamid Zaheer, Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr Nadeem Rajput, Superintendent Engineer Shakeel Qureshi and Executive Engineer Hafiz Syed Shahid, and discussed the water shortage issue.

The meeting was told that the hospital and trauma centre were receiving scant water supply. It was suggested that additional water be provided to the hospital through another line.—PPI
