LAHORE, June 19: Noted film artiste Salma Agha, recently appointed as the adviser to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s mass communication and media management wing, on Tuesday paid her maiden visit to Lahore and met certain people.

She told Dawn that the MQM would soon resume its reorganisation in Punjab and make its provincial and district organisations effective.

She said the MQM had decided to emerge as a party with a national outlook by expanding its network in all the provinces.

She said the wing, which included MNA Haider Abbas Razvi, would help the party in achieving the task for which Punjab was the most important province.
