ISLAMABAD, June 1: A bomb injured a bank manager in Bannu on Friday, police said. Mohammed Rafiq, a local police official, said that the manager of the Agriculture Bank of Pakistan, Bannu, Mohammed Rashid, was in his car when the homemade-bomb exploded, adding that the device had probably been planted inside his vehicle.

“The manager is listed in stable condition at a hospital,” Rafiq said.

He said they did not know who carried out the attack, and police were still investigating.
