HYDERABAD, May 29: Director Town Planning Hyderabad, Tahir Ahmed has declared 11 more private housing schemes of Sanghar district as illegal. These schemes were launched without approval from the department raising the number of such schemes to 62 in four districts of the province.

In a press release issued on Tuesday, the director town planning said that the private housing schemes included Rahat City, Wasif Town, City View, Diamond Housing Scheme, Kingri Town, Rafique Town, Mannu Pir colony, Bismillah Town, Mehran Town, Muslim Town and Gulshan-e-Wali Mohammad.

He said section 8 of the Town Planning Act says any scheme not approved by the competent authority was illegal and liable for legal action.
