MANSEHRA, May 25: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Hazara University and the UK’s Cardiff University on Friday. Under the agreement, the two universities will explore long-term links in the academic spheres.

The MoU encompasses a student/teacher exchange programme and the development of linkages for research projects.

After the event, Ms Rhian Thomas, Senior International Officer of the Cardiff University, was given a tour of the Hazara University campus by Vice-Chancellor Dr Ihsan Ali. Mr Thomas and Dr Ali discussed various educational programmes with the students and faculty of Hazara University.

The Hazara University has also signed MoUs with other British universities.
