ISLAMABAD, May 16: Human bones were found scatted in a green area near Sarai Kharboza here on Wednesday, the Golra police said.

Some shepherd spotted the bones under a tree and informed the police, who reached the spot and collected the remains and shifted those to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims).

The police said that it seemed that the victim was a 50 to 55 years old woman who died more than three months ago.

Evidence collected from the scene showed that she donned a dress made of linen, the police said, adding that she also wore a coat suggesting she died in winter.
