Massive win for Khizra Sports

KARACHI, May 10: Opener Tariq Haroon smashed a brilliant century while Tahir Khan produced a splendid all-round show as Khizra Sports outplayed Jinnah Cricket Club by 209 runs in a KCCA Inter Club Super League tournament game here at the KCCA Stadium on Wednesday.

Tariq blasted 11 boundaries and a six in his 106 and Tahir Khan banged nine fours and three sixes in his 96 as Khizra Sports raced to 353-4 off the allotted 45 overs.

Jinnah CC, in response, were dismissed for 144 in the

40th over. Tahir Khan captured 4-27.

Meanwhile, the match between Rising Star Cricket Club and Landhi Friends Cricket Club ended in an exciting tie after both teams were dismissed for 220.
