SIALKOT, April 12: Two college students were shot dead by the owner of a bus, driver and his accomplices over a fare dispute in front of the Government Boys Degree College, Pasrur, on Thursday.
Sajid Husain of Ahmadabad was going to the college by bus (LHV-8490). The bus driver and conductor beat him over a fare dispute. When the bus reached near the college, some students beat up the bus driver and the conductor to take revenge of their fellow. They fled away and returned with two armed accomplices.
As Sajid, a Second Year student, and Ali Raza, studying in First Year, came out of the college, bus driver Amin, conductor Nadeem and their accomplices opened fire on them, killing them on the spot.
Ali Raza was the only brother of four sisters.
The infuriated students of the college kept the dead bodies on the road and protested against the murders and demanded legal action against the accused.
The bodies were handed over to their families after autopsy.
Meanwhile, the Pasrur city police claimed to have arrested four alleged killers.
