SHEIKHUPURA, March 28: A woman, who tried to rush to a hospital after hearing about the death of her son in a road accident, also fell victim to a traffic mishap near Kot Ranjeet on Gujranwala Road here on Wednesday Reports said youth Abdul Rauf was killed instantly when his motorcycle slipped and hit a roadside wall in Bati Chowk. After hearing the tragic incident, his mother Hajra Bibi along with a relative boarded a wagon and hastened towards the hospital. Awaiting a similar fate, the speeding wagon overturned and struck against a roadside tree and none other but Hajra Bibi died instantly while 10 others sustained injuries. Saddar police are going into the matter.
