PESHAWAR, March 9: The NWFP Health Regulatory Authority has warned four substandard diagnostic laboratories and two clinics in the city to close their business within two days.

The warning notices were issued during inspection of various unauthorized laboratories, clinics and medical stores by a joint team of HRA and the health department on Friday.

HRA chairman Islam Bahadur Khan following complaints about some unauthorized laboratories and clinics in certain areas of the city directed to check the heinous business.

The team detected that non-qualified people were running these laboratories.—PPI
