PESHAWAR, March 1: The NWFP government ordered the transfer of officials in the political administration of the Khyber Agency and Civil Secretariat (FATA) here on Thursday.

A notification issued by the Establishment and Administration Department said that Ahmad Khan Aurakzai (PCS EG BS-17), Assistant Political Agent, Jamrud, Khyber Agency, has been transferred as the Assistant Political Agent, Landi Kotal, a tehsil of the same tribal agency.

Similarly, Mohammad Riaz Mehsud (PSC EG BS-18), Assistant Political Agent, Landi Kotal, has been posted as the deputy secretary, Establishment Department, NWFP, against the vacant post.

Ghulam Habib (PCS EG BS-17), Section Officer (L&O), Civil Secretariat (FATA), has been transferred and posted as the Assistant Political Agent, Jamrud, Khyber Agency, while Riaz Hussain (PCS EG BS-17), awaiting posting, has been posted in his place.
