SHO’s body found in canal

KHANEWAL, Feb 22: The body of Khanewal Saddar police station SHO Rana Saeed, who went missing 12 days ago, was found from a canal in Burewala on Thursday.

Reports said Rana Saeed had gone to Arifwala by a car to attend the Qul of his relative but did not return. The police found his car from a village two days later.

On Thursday, his body was recovered from a Burewala canal in the Saddar police station area and was sent to Chichawatni where his funeral prayer was offered.—APP
