Campaign to trace kidnapped newsman

KHYBER AGENCY, Feb 18: The tribal administration on Sunday conducted an operation here along the border of Khyber and Orakzai tribal agencies for tracing kidnapped journalist Sohail Qalander and arrested the brother-in-law of a known anti-social element.

Officials informed that 44 residences were searched during the operation in Storikhel area but they failed to recover Mr Qalander.

The authorities arrested the brother-in-law of Sial Khan, who has been heading a gang of kidnappers.—Correspondent
