Court notice for defence secretary

QUETTA, Feb 7: Justice Mehta Kalash Nath Kohli of the Balochistan High Court has issued notices to the secretary of ministry of defence, provincial home secretary and the in charge of the Federal Intelligence Agency in Balochistan in a petition filed against the disappearance of Abdur Razzak from Qila Abdullah.

The court on Wednesday directed the deputy attorney-general to appear before the court in the next hearing on February 20.

Moalln Khan, cousin of Abdur Razzak, had filed the petition on January 16.
