KARACHI: Price-hike criticised

KARACHI, Feb 3: The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal condemning the recent raise in prices of cement, gas, ghee, oil and other commodities demanded that prices should be brought down so that the masses could make both ends meet.

MMA parliamentarians Mohammad Hussain Mehnti, Laiq Khan, Nasrullah Shaji, Hameedullah, Yunus Barai said the raise in LPG prices would result in increase in the transport fares which would have a snowball effect on other commodities.—Staff Reporter
