KARACHI: 183 more Afghan Hajis held

KARACHI, Jan 25: FIA Immigration arrested another 183 Afghan Hajis, returning here as Pakistani citizens, and sent them to the passport cell. According to FIA sources, these Afghan Hajis returned here through two PIA flights and were sent to the passport cell after verification of their being Afghan citizens. They include 29 women. The FIA has apprehended over 250 Afghans who had gone to Saudi Arabia to perform Haj as Pakistani citizens. The cell has already arrested two agents for involvement in the illegal pilgrimage.—APP
